These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the "Terms") govern the access and use of the website interestratexc.com (hereinafter the "Platform"), operated by Interestratexc S.R.L., with Tax ID (NIT) 1029384756013 and registered address at Av. Camacho No. 1488, Edificio La Primera, Floor 8, Of. 802, La Paz, Plurinational State of Bolivia.

1. Nature of the service

Interestratexc is an informational platform about real estate collective funding (real estate crowdlending). The content published on the Platform is exclusively informational and educational in nature. The Platform does not constitute a public offering of securities, does not act as a financial intermediary, and does not collect resources from the public. Any decision to participate in real estate projects is the sole responsibility of the user.

2. No guarantee of results

Interestratexc does not guarantee any type of yield, return or economic benefit derived from participation in real estate collective funding projects. All participation in real estate projects carries inherent risks, including the possible total or partial loss of capital. Past results do not guarantee future results. Projections or estimates presented on the Platform are for illustrative purposes and do not constitute binding commitments.

3. User eligibility

To use the Platform, you must be over eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under Bolivian law. By using the Platform, you declare and warrant that you meet these requirements. Interestratexc reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of users.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. The following is prohibited: (a) using the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes; (b) attempting to access systems or data not intended for the public; (c) reproducing, distributing or modifying the content of the Platform without prior written authorization; (d) using the Platform in a way that may damage, overload or impair its operation.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform, including texts, graphics, logos, images, icons, software and its design, are the property of Interestratexc S.R.L. or its licensors and are protected by the intellectual property laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia and applicable international treaties. Total or partial reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Bolivian law, Interestratexc shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to economic losses, data loss or service interruption. The Platform is provided as is and as available.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of La Paz, Bolivia, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

8. Modifications

Interestratexc reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect from their publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
